Whohoo! three cheers for a day of fun! today was really very very funi. but for once, i wasnt the source of laughter. im not lying. in fact, the source of our laughter was the movie [THE LONGEST YARD] starring adam sandler and chris rock. i caught it with sarah elena dinesh and keat ru (melvin). i promise u, every single cent of my $7 was worth it watching tt movie. its around 1hr 45mins in duration and it was super hell funi. i was laughing my ass off throughout the whole show. in fact i wasnt alone, the whole cinema was laughing like we were some mad movie freaks.
the show is about this bunch of criminals taking on the unreasonable and cruel prison officers in a game of american football. the rest u'd have to find out for urself. i would rate the storyline 10/10 and the laughter level 10/10 as well. it is as good as [TAXI] ... if not better. after the show we went to this cafe in cineleisure called GALILEE. the owner is a botak man. i think he is an ABC, and he wasnt very manly though. i thot all ABCs are hunks, but he is one bald beauty. i think he consumed too much estrogen already. the cafe is value for money coz it has free flow of soup for EVERY1.. all u have to do is jus order at least 1 item on the menu, and every1 else will get free flow of soup. but then the soup sux, super diluted. no wonder free la. so its not so value for money after all.
after that the weather was bad and dark clouds were surrounding the sky. we hurried and headed to the mrt station. elena left for work and sarah melvin dinesh and i waited for the train to go home. so the train heading towards marina bay came, it was so packed. but still, keat ru managed to squeeze in. but the problem was, after keat ru squeezed in, there was jus a bit of space left, the space was only big enuf to fit an infant. ok la not so pathetic, maybe can fit 2 infants. but u know wat keat ru said: "hey y u all dun wana come in?" like hello keat ru, its not tt we dun wan, its tt got me dinesh and sarah. even if we climbed on top of each other, the space is still not enuf. then keat ru showed no reaction. he looked at us, and we expected him to come out. then he looked at us somemore for the next 3secs. then the mrt went "DING DONG! DOORS CLOSING.. TOOT TOOT TOOT TOOT TOOT TOOT!".. and our gd fren keat ru was still looking at us... haha so the doors closed and he left for home. and the three of us stood there and stoned, i guess we were too shocked for words. after tt sarah decided to go home by taking the train heading towards jurong east coz she stays in serangoon.
so dinesh and i waited for the next train. dinesh started smsing his crush abt the great movie... and he said the most ridiculous thing to me since i knew him 6months ago. he asked me y was i standing there doing nothing. dinesh, do u know the mrt was soooooo packed and squeezy with ppl all over the place? u sms ur crush, then i of coz do nothing wat! wat do u expect me to do? play basketball? i didn't mind dancing around and acting mad like my usual self, but there was a huge space constrain. do u actually see many ppl doing things in the mrt? but i forgave him la, guys tend to talk nonsense when they r in love. ok so here i am back home after a great movie. having dinner soon! seeya!
