oh my i jus realised that it has been 5days since i last did a blog post. well exams are over, life will be STRESSLESS for 2months, and it's beginning to get bored with jus 4days of holidays underway. went down for an interview on saturday morning. it's a sales assistant job for selling computer products. it's quite easy actually coz the company is not selling any desktops or printers, they r jus selling noob things like cd-r, cd-rw, dvd-r, dvd-rw, usb ports, disk covers, optical mouses. so if u happen to drop by from the 10-19th of march at singapore expo, u can come to the computer shop and laugh at me. dun ask me wat is the company's name coz seriously i do not know myself. but it's a book fair, so u wun see many shops selling computer stuff... duh.
ok now i have a super huge complaint to make. i'm trying to keep my cool by not typing any vulgarities, but i easily could have. ok here's the thing.... i have a chalet this coming friday in tanah merah. i've nv been to a tanah merah chalet b4 jus tt i heard its a super huge bungalow and it is under the civil defence or duno wat i can't really remember, but its something like tt la. it costs $360 for 3d2n so my fren and his elder bro shared. means he will take the 1st nite and his bro will take the 2nd nite. so its $180 per person. we were all invited and we calculated the cost.. so each person will pay about $20. jus when we thot everything was going well, these few fricking stupid rules came abt. the rules are:
1) at least 1 adult above the age of 21 muz be in the chalet at all times (this is still fine coz i understand their safety concerns)
2) those who r not staying, will have to leave the premises by 11pm. (now this is a stupid rule tt got us all pissed... but there's always a worse rule, which is number 3)
3) at any point of time, only a maximum of 8 ppl are allowed inside the chalet, and this includes those staying. (ugh... this is the climax! means only 8 ppl can stay.)
we tried to cancel it but it's impossible. we didn't know abt the rules from the start. yeah u can argue and say tt we should have checked out the rules before booking. ya we could, but who would have thot that a chalet will have such dumb rules? all of us could easily have blamed the person who booked it... but we didn't coz it is no use quarrelling over it, wats done cant be undone anyway. so all we can do now is to carry on with the chalet. i mean the management is brainless. its a bungalow for goodness sake... a bungalow with a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room and its 2 levels. and u only allow 8 ppl inside such a big compound. where's ur intelligence? in the first place we booked a big chalet so tt we can call more ppl and have more space to move about. if we had known, we would have booked from downtown east, although 1 room, but its much cheaper and most importantly, it doesn't have senseless rules. we r gona heck care, we all paid $20, if we r asked to leave in the middle of the nite, we will take action against the management. trust me, once i find out the name of the dumbf**k chalet, i will spread the word and discourage any1 who wans to go there. seriously pissed.
on a lighter note, these few days i have been doing nothing but playing computer games. played dota and metal slug (shing's bro brought the craze back). and believe it or not, i have been squeezing out blackheads on my nose with a blackhead-squeezing-device. pain but good to know tt most of them r gone. fri's the chalet... so for tmr and thurs i will be so bored. but thank god tmr i'm gona meet derrick and gang for more dota in the morning. and in the afternoon, granny stef is bringing sarah eugene and me shopping at marina sq. she is going to the market in the morning and will only bring us there in the afternoon. always good to be under the supervision of eldery people sometimes, kinda makes me feel more matured. hoho. shall blog again abt the dumbf**k chalet. seeya!
