here to update again. 3 straight days, 10-10pm work. its no wonder i got a fever last nite but thankfully today it subsided, coz i'll be leaving for work again in 20mins time. work is boring, i do the same things everyday... tt is to promote cd-r or dvd-r. every now and then, i will hope for customers to brighten up my day.. and so far there were some. talk abt it later. haha and then my so-called supervisors are also very very nice ppl. 2 guys, and both equally nice. so in terms of the job, i couldn't ask for more.
and abt the customers part, let me start off with saturday's customers. there was this guy whose age was abt 60+... who wore specs up to his nose level... he has the looks of an ULTIMATE CHI KO PEK. so he came to our shop and bought 50 dvd-r.. then before he left, derrick introduced him to another offer of 25 dvd-r. i was also jus standing beside derrick. so the uncle asked derrick: 'huh, another 25 dvds ah? i jus bought 50 u know... buy so many for wat? burn... burn tammy ah?' then i was laughing and laughing. then the uncle asked derrick: 'ur fren ah?' so derrick thot tt the uncle was asking if i was derrick's fren. so derrick said YES. hahaha then the uncle asked: 'huh? tammy ur fren ah?!' hahaha.. then rick told him: 'no la tammy not my fren... this guy is my fren'
and then and then and then do u know wat tt lao chi ko pek uncle said?!! he said: 'HEY HE IS UR FREN?! FROM HIS SIDE VIEW.. HE LOOKS LIKE THE GUY IN THE TAMMY VIDEO!' whoa when i heard tt, i almost peng! wth! first, 2 ppl told me i look like the guy from super bands, then sherry said i looked like pastor kong, then kaiwei's sister said i look like stef sun. now this is really the ultimate.. this stupid uncle thot i was an overnight porn star. whoa lao... and tt stupid uncle added: 'oh since u all know abt tammy... i will buy 25 more dvd-r from u guys.' wha piang eh... how lame can he be. haha but since we can make more money, who cares! and kelly poon came to expo at abt 1530 on saturday to perform live on stage. and our booth is jus in front of the stage... so we got a free show. we wanted to shout WEI LIAN WO AI NI! but then we not so bad la in the end hoho.
ok then we have a promotion whereby a pack of 50 cd-r only costs $14, and if u buy 100cd-r (2packs), its $25. so this lady came by and she saw the promotion, so she told us tt she only wanted 25. but then we dun have a 25pc pack for cd-r. then she said she didn't wan so many, coz no use. then rick didn't know wat to do with her. so i told him to con her hoho. i told him to tell her that $14 is actually the price for 25cd-r, and we have a promotion, buy 25pcs and get another 25pcs free... only for $14. and derrick really went to tell her that. whoa and she was like so excited! and in the end she quickly took her money to pay. -_-"
haha at the end of the day, it's these type of customers that give u a good laugh. heading to work now. byebye! hohoho!
