it's been a long time! okok i know the exams are not over yet, but i just have this urge to blog. if u think tt i should only blog after the exams have ended then fine! press the X button and come back on wednesday nite, coz u'll still see the same entry. oh bother, finance paper just ended. it was damn dreadful studying finance, it's like the theory part of accounting, with calculations based on ur accounting knowledge, and then explaining the decisions that will benefit the company. and i fricking hate accounting! oh man y am i in business anyway. haha then i realised it was not such a bad choice after all. i hate science too much to go to science, and i dun wana relive the Amaths mugging madness if i go engineering, coms will lag if i go to IT, and mona lisa will look like a man should i go to design. oh well, at least accounts is still tahanable. oh ya the finance paper was rather alright for calculations, but the theory, gosh... quite gone case.
last week was our study break and i went mugging at the airport on mon and tues, with dumbo buddy shing. shijia and aileen were with us on tues too. but on mon, shing and i went to PCC. (pacific coffee company). then she bought Snapple. and u know, the caps of snapple have some really interesting facts. and her bottle cap wrote:
'A CROCODILE CANNOT MOVE ITS TONGUE.'
and so she got all excited and she told me HEY A CROCODILE CANNOT MOVE ITS TONGUE! and then she went on to ask.. HUH THEN HOW IT TALK? lol for once i was also lost for an answer before she said OH YA HOR CROCODILES DUN TALK. peng. someone pls save her.
oh oh oh! and i have one amazing piece of news to share. haha if u duno, Creative technology sued Apple a few months ago coz they claimed that apple use their patented sound system in their i-pod blablablabla and they demanded $100m for patent fee. they sued apple 3 law suits, and guess wat, apple sued back 7! whahaha, who ask Creative to act cute. and i thot its the end of Creative, i even told my classmates that Sim Wong Hoo could jolly well be sweeping my corridor floor the next day should Creative go bankrupt. but last week, news reported that they won! and apple had to pay $100m to them! then u know wat apple say? apple said that both companies will benefit from this blablabla and its a win-win situation. act cute! lose $100m still can say win-win situation, ta ma de they paiseh then dun dare to admit. western company big shot ah. Creative rules! local brand! whohoo i'm such a contradicting idiot.. and here i am carrying an ipod mini everyday to sch.
another amazing piece of news! today when i went to sch, i took bus 23 from tampines interchange. when the driver went up the bus, all of us went up too... then suddenly got one more driver in sbs uniform came along, and guessed wat he did, he stopped an uncle from going up the bus. i was like wat the.... and tt extra driver who stopped the uncle told him: 'sorry this is for tp students only' and i was like HUH?! where got such thing one? whoa i told many ppl abt this but all of them thot i was kidding. i am dead serious. dun believe, tmr 9am go tamp interchange and take bus 23. and tt extra driver also board the bus with us. then at every stop, he went down and specifically guided tp students up the bus and restricted others from doing so. i was thinking, the bus was not crowded at all... y cant they jus let others board too? especially the uncle at the interchange, so poor thing. he was the ONLY non-tp student there. i could have lied to the bus driver by telling him tt the uncle was my grandfather and he is sending me to sch, but of coz eventually i didn't. if i was a working adult, and if i was running late for work, i would have been damn pissed. hmmm, i was wondering, y tp students got such privilege? did tp go seduce sbs transit so that students wun be late for their exams? i wonder....
