ok there seems to be a particular trend specially for today in all the blogs i've read. so i need to follow the trend. here goes: results are out! this sem's results seem to come sooner than the previous sems.
Principles of Marketing: B+ Human Resource Management: B+ Business Finance: B Leadership & Character: B Arts Appreciation: B
yup. i dun really know my gpa yet but i did a rough calculation and expect it to drop around 0.04-0.05 from last sem's 3.31. i know my results are disappointing, but i couldnt have asked for more. do i have regrets? of coz i do. do i have people whom i wana really blame for being slack? of coz i do. but thats not the point, the point is being happy with what i have and i am actually quite glad that the final exam papers did pull some of my results up like marketing and finance. the only one which i couldnt explain was HRM... where i got B+, so has aileen and dinesh. ya, dinesh got B+... quite rare. so this means im smart too lol! well the exam papers were alright, wat caused me to have such disappointing grades were my coursework... especially the mid sem papers, which i know i could have done much better. but it came the week after all the project deadlines and i was very very tired. oh well im glad for the projects my group all did very well.
MY GRATITUDES FOR THIS SEM:
my 2b01 project group. you guys are amazing. i am not shy to say that this group is the most effective group in my poly life so far. of coz, my yr1 grp was more cohesive and fun-loving, but this grp is more effective in terms of getting things done. too bad our time ended so soon, but i wish u all the best. thanks for securing A's in the marketing and HR projects. and dinesh, i have to thank u the most... i see u putting alot of effort in the project, and i know that. good for u that it has paid off. a valuable grp member indeed. and aileen, thanks for painstakingly carrying your laptop at least twice a week. i wanted to help, but who ask u stay so far =p. thx to chinghow for your youtube videos, directing abilities and your sweets. thanks alex for putting your knowledge in skincare products and thanks pat for making the reports flow. and u guys r damn power la! u put up with my untahanable nosensical lameness! whoa! i kowtow to u all!
2b01, thanks for all the candid moments in class. 1 sem seems so short, but i'm glad we've met, and i wish u all the very best. i hope we still remember each other although we only spent 15weeks as a class and we meet approx only 6hrs for tutorials every week. oh ya, the pizza hut outing was great! catch up often although we r all in diff diplomas ok.
sarah marie... thanks for your leadership project. without your help, my leadership wun even get a B. serious. and for that, i shall tell every1... sarah sarah is the best! sarah sarah ace her tests! sarah sarah beat the rest! ya i changed the last sentence coz this is a PG blog. i will grab webber for u, i promise. and thanks for ur snacks at every lecture and of coz, your laughter.
shing. thanks for studying with me during the study break and letting aileen and i take shelter at ur house during the last day of exams. we went mad i know... but it was fun studying with u. and of coz, sorry abt the last nite of exams. i really didnt know! forgive me.
and to all the people who have helped me in my tp life in sem2.1 in one way or another whom i forgot to thank, i am so sorry! will remember u... lets say... soon. u all r also the best!
sem 2.2 here i come! no more cds! whopee!! 1b20 class chalet tmr! looking forward to it! as ethan would say... it will COMFIRM be very fun!
